Fuel a high-flow tank setup and log liters without guessing. Resettable counter records up to 999.9 liters per transfer. Nutating disc lets rust and small debris pass. You jot the total and keep fueling.
The resettable counter is for the fill you're doing right now, so you can write down a single transfer amount without doing math in your head. The non-resettable counter is the meter's lifetime total, so you can keep an eye on usage trends, job totals, or inventory over time without losing your baseline.
Fuel transfer setups don't always live in clean environments. This nutating disc meter is designed to allow rust and small debris to move through, helping reduce the chance of a jam that can stop a fill midstream. The goal is simple: keep you fueling and keep your numbers readable.
When you're fueling heavier equipment, you typically want more than a trickle, and you want a meter that can keep up. With a 23-151 LPM range and 1-1/2 inch female connections, this meter is a better fit for higher-flow transfer systems where you're moving meaningful volume and you want a clear record of it.

Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look together at this Fill-Rite 4 Digit Mechanical Wheel Fuel Transfer Meter. Now this is a fuel transfer meter that's going to take the guesswork out of how much fuel you're actually pumping instead of estimating or relying on rough tank markings. this is gonna give you an accurate reading every time you transfer fuel. So this is gonna be compatible with a wide range of fuels, including diesel, gasoline, kerosene, mineral spirits, heptane and hexane.
So it's pretty versatile for different applications and one of the most useful features is the resettable counter. So that's gonna let you track up to 999.9 liters per individual transfer. So if you're filling equipment, vehicles, or storage tanks, you're gonna be able to easily see exactly how much you pumped in for that specific job. Then you just reset it and you're ready to go for the next one. At the same time, this also has this non-resettable counter here that's going to track the total lifetime volume that's gone through the meter.
It's gonna be great for long-term tracking, maintenance records or keeping tabs on overall fuel usage. I wanted to point out that you can see that this is not knocked off all to zeros. Fill-Rite, they do test these meters, so you might get one, as you see with mine, where the non-resettable counter might have some mileage on it. That's gonna be normal, again, because Fill-Rite tests their meters from the factory. Now this is built for higher demand fueling setups, handling flow rates from 23 to 151 liters per minute.
So this will not slow down if you're moving fuel quickly and it won't slow you down either. This is going to be able to operate at pressures up to 50 PSI, which makes this suitable for most standard transfer setups. Internally, it uses a mutating disc design, which is important because it allows small debris like rust or fine particles to pass through without jamming the meter. That means fewer interruptions and more reliable performance over time compared to some other designs. Accuracy is gonna be very solid as well.
This measures within plus or minus 2%, so your readings are gonna stay consistent from fill to fill. As far as construction goes, this is made from durable cast aluminum and it has one and 1/2 inch female inlet and outlet connections. You'll just remove these caps, so it's gonna be very easy to integrate into compatible fuel systems. Let's talk size. Looking at the overall width, we're sitting pretty close to eight and 3/4 inches. The overall height, about six and 3/4 inches, and then the overall depthm about five and 1/2 inches. So it's compact enough to fit into most setups without taking too much space. Instructions are also included, but if you happen to have any other questions, don't hesitate to reach out. We do wanna make sure that you're getting exactly what you need. Well, again, my name's Andy. Thank you for joining me.
