Yes we do offer an oil relocation kit for your 2005 Ford F-150 5.4L. It has a filter thread size of 22 x 1-1/2 millimeters and O-ring size of 2-3/4 inches. Therefore, the kit you will need is the Derale # D15725. This will allow you to move your oil filter to another location.
I have included installation instructions for you as well.
