I am looking for a gooseneck hitch that is compatible with a 2025 Ram 3500 chassis cab. Regular cab 60ca Cummins.

Hey Brandon , the only option for a gooseneck hitch on a cab and chassis like your Ram would be custom fabrication. The B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch part # BWGNRK1500 is designed for this type of application so that's what I recommend. None of the gooseneck hitch manufactures offer custom solutions for cab and chassis models. This would need to get welded to your chassis that is narrower than a standard truck frame.
