Hey Lee. To install a Draw-Tite Class 4 hitch on a 2016 Honda Pilot you'll want the item # 75225. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Honda with included hardware. This hitch has a 6,000 lbs towing capacity and a maximum tongue weight of 900 lbs.
