Hey Brian, thanks for reaching out!

I've seen you've submitted a few questions about the Jensen RV Stereo w/ DVD Player # JWM60A. Was this working with your TV in the past, or did this issue just now happen?

My old unit worked with both the tv and the speakers. I wired the new one the same as the old one and only the tv has sound.

@JonG Have you tried running through the audio settings to make sure the output for where you want the TV to play through is turned up? Are you able to get sound to come out of your speakers via other options like the stereo, or is this only isolated to the TV?

@JonG like I have said the last two times the tv sound works fine the sound for the camper speakers is not working. The tv video and sound is coming off of the RCA cables and works fine. I can’t get sound from the hard wired A B C speakers off of the head unit. Is there a button or setting that I don’t have right. My old head unit had a transformer do I need to add something like that? How many do volts out to each speaker is the head unit supposed to send out. I need a way to test the head unit to see if it is bad or if if there is a setting that is wrong

@JonG I'm trying to troubleshoot if it's the stereo itself, or if it's just the connection to the TV, which is why I asked if you're having issues with the stereo/radio sound as well, or if it's just isolated to the TV sound. If you are getting zero sound at all then that means your wiring isn't working right, or your stereo is messed up. I reached out to my contact at ASA on this (who owns Jensen) and they replied with the following, asking for you to reach out to them directly: "Please ask the customer to call us directly at 800-688-3135 and we will see what we can do."
