Could Lithium Trolling Motor Battery Power Bulldog Winch

will a 12V lithium trolling motor battery work with this winch?

Hey Mark, it really just comes down to the amperage rating of the trolling motor batter in question. When at capacity the Bulldog winch part # BDW15019 will draw up to 340 amps which would be quite a bit for most batteries. When there's no weight on the line it draws 28 amps to operate so it uses quite a bit of power. I'd assume most trolling motor batteries wouldn't be quite up to task but let me know the details of your battery and I can give you a more specific answer.
