Troubleshooting Jensen RV Stereo with No DVD Player Output

Question:
We bought a new Jensen Multi function radio but we cant play DVDs. Weve tried and tried. We need help to make sure its not the TV malfunctioning, or we have something wrong in the back connections.

Hey Donald, you'll want to make sure you are using the video and audio outputs on the back of the Jensen RV Stereo # JWM60A to the inputs on your TV and that you are on the right channel. I attached a picture that you can use to verify this.
