Question:

the Blue ox 1760 fits the 2025 Trax with the exception of the 2025 Trax Activ. The Activ requires the 1765. What does this fit?

Definitely happy to clear this up.

You are right, the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # BLU24UR (Blue Ox part number: BX1760) fits the 2024 - 2026 Chevrolet Trax excluding ACTIV.

The Blue Ox Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # BLU99HR (Blue Ox part number: BX1765) fits the 2024 - 2026 Chevrolet Trax ACTIV.

So the # BLU24UR is just for the Trax, the # BLU99HR is for the Trax ACTIV.

I am not new to flat towing. I am searching for the best prices for the 2025 0r 2026 Chevy Trax Activ flat tow setup to replace my old Honda Fit setup. I noticed the missing information when researching and thought it would be helpful to etrailer and other potential buyers to clarify the fitment.

@Brian I completely understand Brian. When using our fitguide when you have your 2025 Chevy Trax in there, click on your vehicle information, then it is going to take you to a list of all the fitguided parts for your car, then click on baseplates, then at the top there will be a drop down that says, "Vehicle Style" there you will chose if you have the ACTIVE, or excluding ACTIV. Also, on the product page where it says, 'Confirmed to fit 2025 Chevrolet Trax" right under that it will say either ACTIV, or excluding ACTIV. So if you go to the # BLU24UR it will say "excluding" ACTIV. I revised my original answer so I can show an image of how it looks. It is a pain and kind of confusing, it is something that I wish was made more visible.
