Hey Troy,
I have a few options for you to choose from, starting with the Greystone Built-In RV Convection Microwave # GR27FR. This is going to be the closest option dimensionally at 21" wide x 11" tall x 15-3/4" deep, but I've had a lot of troubleshooting questions come through for Greystone and most of the time there's no one to talk to or there's just simply no replacement parts so I try to avoid this brand if possible.
The next option, which I'm a lot more confident in is the High Pointe Built-In RV Convection Microwave # HP99ZR. This microwave is 20-1/2" wide x 14-3/4" tall x 18-11/16" deep so it's going to be a bit short width-wise, almost 3" taller, and about a 1/2" deeper. It has a 1.1 cubic foot internal capacity and 1000 watt output rating.
Next would be a similar option with the High Pointe # HP36ZR (stainless steel) or # HP56ZR (black). These units are 20-1/2" wide x 12-7/8" tall x 20" deep so they're a bit closer to your current microwave's dimensions but would be about 1.5" deeper. These units have a built in air fryer, 1.0 cubic foot internal compartment, and 1000 watt output rating.
Personally, I'd go with one of the High Pointe options since they're better quality, have more features, and include a trim kit unlike the Greystone.
