Hey Carla! Thank you so much for all of the detailed information and part numbers. I am sorry though we do not sell any of the replacement parts you need. Since you're having so many issues with your hot water heater, I recommend replacing it and in the process upgrading to a tankless.
The Furrion RV Tankless Water Heater item # FR68SR will fit easily in the cut out of your GCH10-2E because it is smaller. It offers 144 Gallons of hot water per hour so you won't have to wait for your water heater to recycle after each shower or use. It is also more efficient because it only uses gas when you're using hot water.

Hey Carla, how did things go with the Furrion tankless water heater upgrade for your Grandvilla? It sounds like a big improvement over the old Atwood setup. Your update could make it easier for others facing the same issue.
