Compatible Replacement For Dometic Brisk Air Duo-Therm AC 5951671

Question:
Hi I have a Dometic Brisk Air Duo-Therm a/c ducted in my 2010 cougar sab318 fifthwheel. I done several test without any luck. The compressor just will not startup. I am looking for a good replacement ac plug and play without breaking the bank. Our unit is white and I belive the model number is 5951671. I am open to any brand as long as it is a decent ac. Our fifthwheel has a single ac unit that we can use ducted or just from unit. Its controlled by a thermostat that also controls our furnace. What full kit or ac replacement would your company recommend? Choices would be nice. I will be reinstalling unit myself. Thank you in advance for any help you can give. Kevin Manley

This comes with a 15K BTU AC unit, as well as a conversion kit that makes it directly compatible with your existing Dometic AC system. So all of your ceiling registers and thermostats will stay in place and work exactly the same. The Furrion units are great quality too. They are known for being efficient and quiet. Hey Kevin, how did the swap to the Furrion Chill HE go on your Cougar fifth wheel? It sounds like it should have tied in nicely with your existing Dometic setup. Your feedback could really help others looking for a simple plug-and-play replacement.
