Thanks for reaching out about this, Steve!

Our video team currently has the RockyMounts Gigawatt Bike Rack # RKY37MR on their list to get a video made for. I don't have a timeline of when it will get completed and posted, but stay tuned and hopefully it will be posted sooner rather than later!

UPDATE: The video is now live and ready to view! I'm linking it to this answer page for you to check out!

Thanks for posting this review. Do you have plans on putting a fender bike/s on this rack and do a drive review like you have done in the past? Looking to see if the bounce/sway looks minimal before throwing down $XX on a rack for our two Aventons. Thanks etrailer for your completion of my request. Very helpful.

@Steve Thanks for the extra insight into your bike situation! They will typically get a drive review out, but I'm not sure when that will be the case. With that being said, if your Aventon bikes have fenders then we'll want to get you looking at a different bike rack since these ratcheting hooks clamp down on the front tires so they aren't compatible with front fenders. For an alternative that works well with bike fenders I recommend checking out the Yakima OnRamp LX # Y88DJ because it has very similar specs to the Gigawatt but it uses adjustable straps that wrap around the frame of the bike instead of a hook for the front tire. This makes it compatible with fenders and pretty versatile with a wide variety of bike frame styles out there so it will last you a long time.

@JonG They market this rack specifically for heavy bikes with fenders.

@Steve Ah, I overlooked that initially and I apologize. Above I've attached a photo we took of the hook in the " fender" position. Not sure why we didn't get a photo of it with a fender bike rack, but this will give you an idea of how it works in that position.
