The tire/wheel combination I recommend for you is the Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire with White Wheel, part # AM31985. This is a Radial tire with a ply rating of 8 and is on a 4-1/2 inch steel wheel. This tire/wheel combo will be a bit taller than the tire/wheel combo you currently have. By my calculations your current tires are approximately 20-3/4 inches tall. With part # AM31985 the height of the combo is 24 inches. This is a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern and has a weight capacity of 1,610 lbs at 65 psi.
I have attached a product review video for this tire/wheel combo you can check out.
I have also attached some helpful articles that explain tires and wheel measurements.
