Recommended Oil Coolers For a 2013 Ford F-150 with Ecoboost 3.5L Engine That Regularly Overheats

I have a 2013 Ford F150 Ecoboost 3.5L. What would be good options for an engine oil cooler? Or something else to help reduce heat. I tow a 7000lb camp trailer and overheat regularly when pulling hills, even mild long climbs.

For the engine oil I recommend using a cooler with a fan like the Derale Atomic-Cool Remote Engine Oil Cooler Kit # D15450. This is will better cool the engine oil when the truck is sitting still or driving slow.
If you are also looking for a transmission cooler the Derale # D13503 would be the one I recommend. This does not require a fan as much as the engine oil and is one of our larger plate fin style coolers.
