The newest photo we have of a trunk mount bike rack on a Honda Accord is the Yakima FullBack 2 Bike Rack # Y02634 on a 2018 Honda Accord which I'm attaching the installation video for your reference. We unfortunately don't have any photos of this install but the video highlights the features and does a great job at showing what it looks like.
The FullBack is my bike rack of choice because of how easy it is to install and use, so even if we didn't have a video of this install I would still recommend this over the other options we have listed for your Accord.
