Hello etrailer.com staff, My vehicle specifics: Year: 2022 Make: Toyota Model: Tacoma Version: Double Cab, 5 ft. Bed I am interested in outfitting my truck with a retractable hard tonneau cover and a bed rack. My question pertains to combining the Mountain Top EVO-M Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover with T-Slot Accessory Rails, item #MNT68VR, and the Yakima OverHaul HD truck bed rack. Can the Yakima Bed Track Kit 2 HD Track SKU: #8001172 be used to adapt the Yakima OverHaul HD Towers to the Mountain Top EVO-M Tonneau Cover T-Slot Accessory Rails? Or is it necessary to use Yakima Tonneau Kit 1 SKU: #8001155 to adapt the Mountain Top EVO-M rail to the Yakima OverHaul HD towers? I would prefer to use the Yakima Bed Track Kit 2 HD Track adapter kit as it allows the full load bearing capacity of the Yakima OverHaul HD truck bed rack to be preserved. If the Yakima Tonneau Kit 1 adapter kit is used, the load bearing capacity of the Yakima OverHaul HD truck bed rack is significantly reduced. If the Mountain Top EVO-M Tonneau Cover does not support the use of the Yakima Bed Track Kit 2 HD Track adapter kit, do you sell any retractable hard tonneau covers that can use the Yakima Bed Track Kit 2 HD Track adapter kit? According to my research the Mountain Top EVO-M Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover with T-Slot Accessory Rails # MNT68VR isn't compatible with the Yakima OverHaul HD so I recommend looking into a similar retractable tonneau cover for your 2022 Toyota Tacoma short bed that can pair with the OverHaul HD that mounts to the outer sides of the bed so you get full advantage of the weight capacity.
