Question:

Hello. I recently got rid of my 2012 Acura MDX. I was able to take the trailer hitch off of it. I believe it is a Curt brand hitch. I am getting a new 2023 Acura MDX and I want to know if this hitch will fit. If not do you have one for the 2023 models? I will jsut be using for a bike rack. Is it hard to install?

We do have a trailer hitch that will fit your 2023 Acura MDX. Although the Curt # 13354 hitch from your 2012 MDX will not fit the 2023 models. For your 2023 I recommend the Curt class 3 hitch # C22HR. This will be fairly easy to install as far as hitches go. It is really just 3 bolts on each side and you are done. You will want to remove the spare tire temporarily to free up space during install. Please note that while the mini spare tire will still fit underneath with the hitch installed, you will not be able to fit a full size spare. Also, the hands free lift gate sensor may need to be relocated.
