Troubleshooting A Solid Red Light On A MaxxAir MaxxFan RV Roof Vent
Question:
Hello eTrailer, I replaced my MaxxAir 4700 G circuit board. The fan worked perfectly for a couple of weeks but now is showing a solid red light again and will not work. I have cleaned the rain sensor. Any suggestions? Thank you,

If you're getting a solid red light that indicates that the rain sensor is sensing moisture and calling for the vent to close to protect itself. Since you just replaced the circuit board it's most likely the rain sensor itself that's the issue. Unfortunately there isn't any troubleshooting that you can do besides just simply replacing the sensor with part # MA34FR.
