I have the 2018 ram 2500 with the gooseneck prep package. Will the hole in the bed line up with the b and w turn over ball hitch? I need an offset ball and really like the b and w setup.

I have a way to attach an offset gooseneck ball to the Ram OEM prep package but the 4" Offset Ball for B&W Gooseneck Hitches item # BWGNXA4085 will only fit in the square receivers for the Turnover Ball Systems.

Since your 2018 Ram 2500 has the OEM prep package you will want the Gen-Y Hitch Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Dodge Ram OEM Puck Systems item # GY83XR. This will give you a 5" offset and a 25,000 lbs capacity 2-5/16" hitch ball. It uses the pucks closest to your cab and the center gooseneck hole leaving the pucks closest to your tailgate open for the safety chain holders.

I have linked a picture below along with a review video so you can see what this gooseneck ball looks like. This will only work with the OEM puck system that comes from the factory. If you don't have the 5 pucks in your bed this will not work.
