Unfortunately, I cannot tell you what wiper seal you would need for your 2004 Keystone Outback. This is not something that is known just from the RV information. It depends on your particular slide-out.

The best way to determine what wiper seal you need, is to remove a portion of your old wiper seal. There are multiple installation styles of wiper seals; Glue On, Peel-N-Stick, Press-In, Push-On, and Slide-On. There are also multiple styles and measurements for the seals; some come with a bulb and some do not.

For example the Rubber Wiper Seal for RV Slide Out # SR58FR that you were looking at is a Push-On style that fits 1/4" thick pinch-weld flange.

As far as measuring, you just need to measure the total length where the wiper seals are currently installed. I have also included a picture that helps determine the style that you have.

Can I ask how you came up with that slide out #? I have a 2013 StarCraft Travel Star I need slide seals for.

@KeithT The seal mentioned above is just an example. The best way to find the correct seal for your trailer is to remove a piece, measure the side profile and find a match.
