If you're hearing a clicking sound and then going fault mode it's most likely not getting enough gas for the pilot to light. This can be an issue with the ignitor or a gas pressure issue. At this time we aren't carrying replacement ignitor parts so you would need to reach out to the manufacturer to find replacements. If it's a gas pressure issue then you can either have a licensed technician clean out and adjust the pressure on your trailer's regulator or replace it with one like # 108221 depending on the setup of your trailer's propane system.

As for the brown wire, we would need to know more about your specific system to know if the brown wire is supposed to be giving 12v to the thermostat or if it's a lower voltage communication wire.
