In order to test the control panel on the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric Leveling System you'll first need to obtain a multimeter. Once you have this then you will need to use the ground probe and place that on the green wire coming from the back of the harness and then use the power probe and place that on the black wire coming from the back of the harness. You should read 12 volts but if you do not have 12 volts you will need to trace this wire back while checking for shorts. It will be a good idea to check the batteries to make sure they are fully charged at this time as well. They need to have a minimum of 12.75V DC for this system to work properly. If you don't have 12 volts then replace the control panel with the Replacement Control Panel for Lippert Components Leveling System part # LC421484.
