What is Breaker of Seaflo Bilge Pump Rocker Switch Rated For
Published 10/04/2022 >
Question:
My question is at what Amperage does the fuse protection? This is kind of important since say a 500gph pump would need to trip at 2.5A while a 1500gph would need to trip at 5A or 8A. This information is also necessary to decide on the wire size. If it trips at 5A then regardless of the pump requirements to protect the circuit I need to size the wire run for that, but need to fuse the pump separately as 2.5A for a 500gph pump. The fuse protects the pump, the fuse protection-breaker would protect the circuit. Thx,
