Solution for Replacement Coachmen Step for 2006 Forest River Lexington GTS

Question:
I have a 2006 Forest River Lexington GTS RV, Ford E 450 chassis. The Lippert entry step motor and assembly seem to work fine, however, the steps themselves were missing. Can I purchase the step or steps only, with the hardware? Numbers on the unit are part#725-0021 and another number is SN 03571.

I reached out to Lippert and the discontinued Coachmen steps you have do not have replacement steps available. The only solution is complete replacement. I wasn't able to find the exact step you have since the part number corresponds with the control module, but I believe it is a single step on your 2006 Forest River Lexington GTS.
If it is a single step, you will be able to use the Kwikee Electric RV Step Complete Assembly # LC3691461 as a replacement. This step measures 24" wide. Typically you want to match the existing measurement but it doesn't sound like you have much left of the old step. Since it appears as though the step hangs down in the open on that motorhome the width isn't critical.
