I have just ordered the 311-bed7936 with explorer rails. What is the difference between this model and the Ultragrooveinch model?

The Pace Edwards Bedlocker Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover w/ Explorer Series Rails # 311-BED7936 and the Pace Edwards UltraGroove Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover # 311-KED7936 are essentially the exact same thing with just a different name.
The only difference is that the Bedlocker can be bought without the explorer rails whereas the Ultragroove is always going to come with the explorer rails.
