We definitely recommend using a weight distribution hitch for towing your trailer on your Sante Fe XL. Not only does a weight distribution provide you the comfort and peace of mind of an easier drive, it also helps ease the stress put on the suspension. However, before even considering a weight distribution hitch, you need to have a compatible hitch receiver that can be used with a weight distribution system. That is commonly found on the sticker on the hitch itself or the hitch instructional manual.
From my available specs on your 2021 T@B Boondock 320 S, the gross vehicle weight rating is 2900 pounds. With that rating, if you need a weight distribution hitch that accommodates a tongue weight rating of about 300-400 pounds with all of your cargo loaded. The tongue weight is the vertical weight that is on the hitch itself. This factor is important for determining what firmness you need on your weight distribution hitch.
For the ultimate ride, I recommend the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System w/ 4-Point Sway Control - 4,000 lbs GTW, 400 lbs TW # EQ37040ET. You can never beat a full 4-point sway control that has more friction/tightness that leads to more overall control while maneuvering your trailer. We also carry a Similar Fastway model that has 2-point sway control version as part # FA92-00-0450 which will be a bit looser than the 4-point alternative. I always recommend going with the 4-point myself especially if you plan to do lots of highway driving.
Both options work with your T@B as long as the frame is no higher than 6". You need to also have 25" - 32" of frame length back from center of coupler to use the Equal-i-Zer and 27" - 30" of frame length back from center of coupler to use the Fastway.
I went ahead and attached an image that shows the difference between 2-point and 4-pont systems. I also attached some useful demo videos for you to check out.
