I bought you a Yakima JayLow Roof Kayak Rack Set … My Great Question is , Could I put a Kayak Tadem 12 ft over my RAV4 2018 ? ……

As long as your 12 foot Tandem Kayak fits within the 80 lb weight rating of the Yakima JayLow Kayak Carrier w/ Tie-Downs # Y04073 you should be good to go. If you have the OEM roof rack on your RAV4 it has a weight capacity of 100 lbs so it will be good to go too.
