We have a Draw Tite hitch that fits your 2022 Acura MDX with the part # DT42MR but the part number you mentioned does not fit. The one that does fit is mostly hidden and has great towing capacities. I attached an install video for more info on it as well.
For trailer wiring you'd then want the # TK59VR which is the most reliable and easiest to install.
