Thank you for the pictures, I was able to determine that you have a WFCO-8955 Converter/Distribution panel. If you were wanting to replace just the converter you can use the Replacement Converter for Parallax/Magnetek or WFCO RV Power Centers - 55 Amp # PD4655V.

This converter is an exact replacement for your WFCO so you won't have to worry about dimensional issues.
