Finding Correct Brake Controller Output Circuit on Jayco Seneca 37RB Motorhome

Trying to connect to a 2015 Jayco Seneca 37RB, for some reason there are to blue wires for the brake controller. I only see one at the 7-way connector. Any advise as to which one to connect

Your best bet would be to install the brake controller, then try both of the blue wires you found, one after the other. Use a circuit tester like # PTW2993 on the pin in the 5:00 position in the 7-way trailer connector. If you have the correct wire, that pin will show power while the manual brake switch on the brake controller is activated.
