Question:
Hello. So how does this work with a dual battery set up that is charged also from a VSR Voltage Sensing Relay which senses charging voltage from the Vehicle and allows charging to the House batteries. How does this VSR interconnect with the Shore power incoming feeder to which connects to the Progressive Dynamics RV Power Control Center with AC/DC Panel and Converter/Smart Charger? And Also we need connection to an Inverter when not on shore power. What interconnection or relay would i need to allow this and not have any issue between the inverter and the Power Control Center. Do you have any turn key solutions for this set up?

The Progressive Dynamics RV Power Control Center, # PD4590K18LS8 is an AC/DC distribution panel and converter charger. The converter/charger operates at up to 90 amps and works with lithium-ion, flooded lead acid, AGM, and gel batteries, make the correct selection at time of install. If you are connected to shore power then the Progressive Dynamics RV Power Control Center with AC/DC Panel and Converter/Smart Charger, # PD4590K18LS8, will as designed apply a charge to your connected battery bank. The Progressive Dynamics RV Power Control Center, # PD4590K18LS8 is a smart charger that provides a fast, complete charge utilizing the appropriate charging profile and adapting to the needs of the battery. This only functions as a battery charger when you are connected to shore power or generator. If you have a charge being applied to the battery bank from the vehicles charging circuits this will not have conflict unless you are running the engine while connected to shore power. But even then, because it is a smart charger, it will adapt and not allow an over voltage.
A Voltage Sensitive Relay (VSR) automatically combines two batteries when charging and isolates the two batteries when not charging. If you have this set-up, I assume your situation is a motorhome/conversion van and you have a house battery and a crank battery for the engine combined to the vehicles charge circuit.
There is a 35 Amp option in, # PD4135K. 45 amp option in, # PD4045KA. 60 Amp, # PD4560K18LS8 and 75 Amp, # PD4575K18LS8.
