Question:
I am towing a 2020 Jayco 145rb travel trailer with my 2011 Honda Pilot. the GVWR is 2995, Dry Weight 2415, Hitch Weight 260, and the length is 16.6. Can you reccommend a brand and model sway control system that is adequate but not overkill. Thank you.

I'd recommend the US made Equal-i-zer weight distribution/sway control system. The system combines proven weight distribution performance with highly effective sway control. The exact system you need will depend on the fully loaded and ready to tow tongue weight of your travel trailer. The tongue weight figure should also inlcude the weight of anything stowed in the cargo area of your Pilot that sits rearward of the back axle.
I'll link to an article that explains a few ways of determining your fully loaded tongue weight, but the easiest way would be to use a wireless tongue weight/payload scale like the # e99044.
I'd recommend the Equal-i-zer # EQ37060ET which is rated for trailers with tongue weights ranging from 200-600 lbs, which is perfect for the travel trailer you described. The 2 inch trailer ball is included.
The Fastway e2, part # FA92-00-0600 would be a less expensive alternative. The weight distribution would be just as effective as the Equal-i-zer unit, but the sway control wouldn't be quite as effective. The trailer ball isn't included, I'd recommend # A-90 for a 2 inch ball. This system is rated for trailers with tongue weights from 250-600 lbs.
I've linked to demonstration/setup videos for both systems I mentioned above.
