The difference between the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Bluetooth - EZ Mount # AL58WQ (73000EZ) and Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Remote - Bluetooth - EZ Mount # AL74000EZ (74000EZ) is that the 74000EZ comes with a physical remote control; the 72000EZ system is controlled via an app on your smartphone that requires a Bluetooth connection.
If you don't already have air bags on your 2005 Ford F-150 4x4 with an extended cab, I recommend using the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Springs w/ Internal Bumpers # AL88200. The LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Plus air bags have internal jounce bumpers to help give some added support and keep the bags from getting damaged in the event of a bottom out event.
I've linked some review videos of these parts for you to check out as well.
