We can help you locate all of the parts you'll need to flat tow your 2005 Suzuki Grand Vitara but you will want to confirm that your vehicle has the transfer switch for the AWD, as those are the the only models that can be flat towed. There is additional information in the vehicle owner's manual that gives specific instructions for flat towing your vehicle that should be followed. A complete flat towing setup consists of base plates, a compatible tow bar, safety cables, tow bar wiring, supplemental braking and potentially a high/low adapter.
For the base plates I recommend using the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # 1011-5, which will be compatible with the Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 2" Hitch - 6,000 lbs # RM-522 you mentioned. You'll also need safety cables # RM-643, since this tow bar does not come with them included.
For the tow bar wiring I recommend using the Tow Ready Tail Light Isolating Diode System with 4-Pole Connector # TR118821 since it comes with diodes installed on the wiring to help prevent backfeed from damaging the RVs electronics in the event of a short. This is a plug and play installation, so there's no splicing into the wires on your vehicle.
For supplemental braking it sounds like you've already decided on the Brake Buddy Stealth Supplemental Braking System - Proportional # HM39530, which is a nice choice that I really like. You'll also need the Stop Light Relay # RM-88400 to complete this installation.
You may also need a high/low adapter to keep your tow bar level while you're towing, so I've linked a helpful article on how to measure to correctly find the right one for your setup as well as our entire selection of available adapters. I've also linked some review and installation videos of these parts for you to check out if you're going to be installing these parts yourself.
