Troubleshooting 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 5500 With Error Code C1114
Question:
Every time I apply the brakes on the Truck it sets a code and disables the integrated brake control module. The only exception is if I turn it all the way up to 10. I have gone through the whole trailer and checked all the wires. I am getting good ground and voltage at the pump. Any suggestions on where to go next?

For the C1114 I would check the truck connection on the 7-way. It is possible for there to be a bit of corrosion that is causing the voltage to arc to a ground source. Some Dielectric Grease # 11755 on your electrical connectors may help to fix the issue.
You should also reach out to your local Chevrolet dealer as there may be a software update available on your 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 5500 for this issue.
