I have a great solution for you. I went ahead and called my contact at NuCamp, and he confirmed that your 2021 NuCamp TAB 320 has a maximum weight capacity of 60 pounds (on top of the Round 58" CrossBars for Yakima Roof Rack # Y00409 where they attach on the camper).

However, the Yakima Roof Rack # Y00409 has not been confirmed to fit your 2021 NuCamp TAB 320. For this reason, I recommend the Swagman Roamer LT Roof Rack for Pop-Up Campers and Camper Shells # S80510. The Roam LT Roof Rack comes with all the mounting hardware you need in addition to the crossbars. To match the specifications on your NuCamp Tab, the crossbars of the Roam LT can be cut to fit the dimensions.
