Is the Cam10473 a direct replacement for the Suburban 16157 fitting the SW12DE? Thanks

I did some checking and the Suburban replacement pressure relief valve part number is the 161230 which uses the same 3/4 inch thread size as the # CAM10473 so this would work well for you. All of the Suburban water heaters use the same relief valve so this would fit all of them.
