How To Use Thule Square Crossbars on a Subaru Outback

Question:

Is there a set-up to put Thule square bars on a Suburu Outback? There factory rack system is pretty worthless and were looking to buy one. BUt want to know if I can aftermarket a Thule system on the Outback that will stretch wider than the factory rails. If so, do you sell the mounts? Also, is there a system to use my old original square bars or do I have to upgrade to the new we want to make more money by making you have to buy a whole new set-upinch Thule bars with the channels? Can you tell Im a bit annoyed with this move?!

In order to use Thule Square Crossbars on a Subaru Outback you'll need the part # TH712200, part # TH460R, and part # THKIT4063. This system contains the new crossbars which have an integrated mounting channel. The old crossbars without the integrated mounting channel are no long compatible due to Thule discontinuing the mounting feet and clips needed to use them.
