Wall Mount for Storing Tandem Bike Rack

Question:

i have a tandem that i would like to hang in my basement. i was looking at the Velo Column mount, the Swagman Fold it Deluxe, and the Velo 2D Wall mtd rack and was wondering if you can make any recommendations OR if any of your customers can? Any advise, guidance would be appreciated.

Since tandem bikes typically weigh more the Feedback Sports Velo 2D part # 301-16856 would be a front runner as it has the highest weight capacity of 50 lbs. That said, if the weight of your bike is less than 45 lbs I'd go with the Swagman Fold It Deluxe Bike Storage Rack # S80956 since the hooks of the rack can be adjusted out wider which would work better with a tandem bike which is longer.

The part # 301-16835 only has a 40 lb weight capacity.
