Thanks Jon, I have attached a few pictures here. There are tracks that run front to back and oval shaped cross bars that slide into the tracks.

Could you let me know if your Land Rover LR3 has factory installed tracks that run from the front to back or if the OEM roof rack is more of a raised type? I tried doing some research but was having trouble finding anything that looked like it was an actually OEM roof rack. If you could send me some pictures of your roof rack system that would help me know what you have.
