Question:

Will the BandW gooseneck hitch BWGNRK1320 work on my 2020 ram 3500. It has a 8 ft. bed and the pregooseneck and 5th wheel package and the fractory air bags.

Since you have the prep package, a separate gooseneck hitch is not needed for your 2020 Ram 3500. Instead, all you need is a gooseneck hitch ball that is designed to fit in the gooseneck hole on your truck, and the best option is also from B&W:
