Will the Roadmaster Guardian Work With Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plates On 2020 Jeep Cherokee  

Question:

I have a 2020 Jeep Cherokee with EZ5 base plate. Is there A kit I can purchase that will use the same mounts that replaced the Cherokee tow hooks, and convert this to a cross bar assembly that can accept the Roadmaster 4000 rock shield. In other words, I don’t want to remove the bumper, etc to install an all new base plate. Thanks

I do have a vehicle protector that can be used with the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit part # RM-521451-5 on a 2020 Jeep Cherokee but the Roadmaster Guardian Rock Guard part # RM-4000 would require the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit part # RM-521451-4. There are no adapters or conversion kits for this.

Instead, I recommend the Roadmaster Tow Defender Protective Screening part # RM-4750 which will work just fine with the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit.
