Yes, the Camco RV and Marine Disposable Water Filter part # CAM40043 is safe for drinking. That said, I do recommend you check to make sure the fresh water supply is potable before consuming but the above filter will do an excellent job of removing bacteria, bad odor, chlorine from this.
