Generally, most roof racks are going to impede the operation of a sunroof unless it retracts directly under/into the roof panel. Additionally, manufacturers don't typically test for this when fitting and also do not recommend opening the sunroof with the bars attached because of the amount of wind noise that occurs with the crossbars attached. You can test this for yourself to see if the sun roof sticks up above the sides of your raised side rails when opened, and as long as it doesn't, you would be able to open it with it still attached.

With that said, I recommend using the Thule Roof Rack System that uses parts # TH711320 (black crossbars) or # TH711300 (silver crossbars) and # TH710401 since it easily attaches to your factory raised side rails and can be removed whenever it's not in use-which would allow you to use the sun roof. The WingBar Evo crossbars help reduce wind noise when the roof rack is attached, and the T-slot channels allow you to mount accessories much easier than using clamps.
