The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Multi Fit - Class III - 2" # C13900 you asked about is not a fit for a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan with stow and go. The linked installation instructions exclude the stow and go.
My recommendation for you is to use the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 13364 which is a custom fit. I've attached a couple videos to assist.
