Troubleshooting Furrion RV Stereo DV3300SBL HDMI Output

Question:

I installed the unit in my camper to be able to play DVDs. I dont get any audio through my TV speakers using the HDMI cable. If I Hook up my DVD player from the house to the same cable and TV in the camper I get the audio as expected. Ive tried the usual suspects speaker zones, turning volume up and down, etc.. What else do I need to check?

For your Furrion RV Stereo # DV3300SBL should connect the audio as you've described through the HDMI cable. You have confirmed the TV and the HDMI cable aren't the issue, so you know the stereo is not working properly on that output. My recommendation is to unplug the power to the unit and let it sit a few minutes then connect the HDMI cable before reconnecting the power. It may need to simply be rebooted to see the HDMI output. If that doesn't solve the issue, then I would try to select the source from the mobile app. If you still have no luck then I recommend either reaching out directly to the manufacturer if it is under warranty or replacing the unit.
