I attached a link to a page that has all of the step pads we offer but I can't really tell what you have since your picture is so dark. Maybe a brighter picture would be helpful.

3 in. nerf bars on 2005 chev. Silverado 2 0 in. long 4 plastic studs 18 1/2 in fr0m outside stud to outside and 6 in from outside stud to next one and 61/2 interior thanks for checking, 3 in wide

The Westin Replacement Pad # 26-0001 is extremely close to the dimensions you listed. It's 20" long with 4 mounting studs. From the outer stud to the next closest there's a distance of exactly 5-15/16" and between the middle two there's a distance of 6-5/8". I can't guarantee it will fit but it's the best option we have available.
