Does the Replacement Velcro Fastener for TruXedo Deuce Tonneau Covers Have An Adhesive Back

The pictures look like the Velcro strips do not come mounted to the solid strap or rail that is used to slide them in place. Do they have an adhesive backing? If so, what is the recommended process for removing the old Velcro from the strap?

The Replacement Velcro Shur-Bond Fastener for TruXedo Deuce Tonneau Covers part # TX1117786 does not have any sort of adhesive backing. The Replacement Velcro Shur-Bond Fastener installs via sliding into a channel and then is secured with the included screws.
That said, the Replacement Velcro Shur-Bond Fastener is not a universal product and is specific to both the make and model of the particular cover. Therefore, in order to confirm the above is correct and offer assistance on the correct removal and installation procedure I would need to know the exact make and model of your tonneau cover.
