Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13900 will fit a 2008 Jeep Liberty. In order to install the trailer hitch properly you will need to use the bolt holes located in the "A" and "C" positions which you can see in the attached photo. That said, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 13245 is a better option because it is a full custom fit hitch whereas the above is multi-fit. The custom fit hitch is designed specifically for your Jeep Liberty so it will be a better overall fit with less work required to do so.
