Will the Yakima HangOut 3 Bike Rack Work a Volkswagen Tiguan Towing a Trailer

Hello, Will this bike rack Yakima KindJoe 3 fit on my 2016 tiguan? I will be towing a uhual trialer across the country and will not be able to use a hitch rack like Id want to - do you think it will be able to sustain 4days on the highway? Thanks,

Yes, the Yakima HangOut 3 Bike Rack part # Y02638 is a confirmed fit for your 2016 Volkswagen Tiguan. I have attached a photo of this fit for you as well. In regards to durability, I don't think you will have an issue at all with the HangOut holding up with four days of continuous use on the highway. It would however be a good idea to just give a tug on all the straps and check the cradles while you are stopped for gas but you should be doing this for the trailer as well.

The enclosed trailers you are using have a pretty long tongue so I don't think you will have any clearance issues thankfully.
